The Winston-Salem Sportsmen Club Annual Scholarship Golf Classic is honored to share this event on the pride of Winston Lake Golf Course, which offers golfers a unique experience. Carved out of 480 acres of rolling woodland by famed golf course architect Ellis Maples, Winston Lake provides a beautiful setting for a great round on the links. Recent upgrades include Diamond Zoysia greens that have been reshaped, enlarged and leveled to offer more options for pin placement, allowing golfers to play this scenic course without risking their handicap.
Additionally, select trees have been removed around tee boxes, fairways and greens to improve sight lines and provide more options for their tee shots. These and more investments at Winston Lake make playing this legendary course an even better experience. After your round, relax at Mulligan's Bar & Grill in the clubhouse.
